COVID-19 Update: Order fulfilment suspended

This week we have seen two major clothing companies close their doors in response to the Coronavirus pandemic. Unfortunately this means our supplier has decided to take action and can no longer operate during the current circumstance.


What does this mean for TYC?

We will be keeping our online store open, and orders can still be placed. All orders that were placed before 1pm Thursday 26th March will be fulfilled as usual. Orders placed after this cut-off will not be fulfilled until it is safe to operate again, but we will let you know as soon as possible when we can fulfil your order.

What does this mean for me?

You can continue to shop on our store and place orders, however there will be a delay in processing any orders until further notice. We have also added brand new electronic Gift Cards to our website that may be redeemed at a later date. There is no expiry date on our Gift Cards currently.

How else can I support TYC?

As a small business, we appreciate any support during this difficult time. As we mentioned, you may still place orders through the website which helps support us financially. Other ways to help include sharing our website across social media. Give us a follow on Facebook and Instagram, tag us in your pictures when you're wearing our gear, and tell your friends and family about us (from a safe distance, of course).

Most importantly, look after yourselves and one another during this challenging period, and stay at home as much as possible. We aim to still be here when all this has blown over, with your continued support we can make it through.
